PureFlow US, Inc. ("PureFlow US," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website at pureflow-us.com and our cloud-based data cleansing and email verification platform (collectively, the "Service").

We collect information you provide directly to us, information we collect automatically, and information from third-party sources.

Information You Provide:

• Account registration details (name, email address, company name, password)
• Billing and payment information (processed by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor; we do not store raw card numbers)
• Contact form submissions and support requests
• Data files you upload to the Service for processing (email lists, contact databases)
• API credentials and configuration settings

Information Collected Automatically:

• Log data: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps
• Device identifiers and usage statistics
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process transactions and send related billing communications
• Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

3. Data You Upload for Processing

Email lists and contact data you upload to PureFlow US are processed solely to provide the verification and cleansing Service you have requested. We do not use your uploaded data to train machine learning models, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or access it except as necessary to deliver the Service or as required by law.

Uploaded data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Processed files are retained for the period specified in your plan and then permanently deleted.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We work with trusted vendors (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business Transfers: If PureFlow US is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• With Your Consent: We may share information with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal, compliance, or business purposes. Uploaded data files are deleted per your plan's retention schedule. You may request earlier deletion by contacting privacy@pureflow-us.com.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Opt-Out of Marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email or at pureflow-us.com/unsubscribe.
• Do Not Sell: We do not sell personal information. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, role-based access controls, and regular third-party penetration testing. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and security, functional cookies to remember your preferences, and analytics cookies (such as those provided by privacy-respecting analytics tools) to understand how users interact with our Service. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

10. International Data Transfers

PureFlow US is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. We offer EU data residency options for Enterprise customers and rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers from the European Economic Area.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
